One of the biggest challenge on the job is lighting! Sometime, i need to do my job in a badly lit venue, i will need to make shift for lighting. I also need to be up to date with the latest make up trend, considering the trend changes so fast these days, it can be hard to catch up!

Actually, this is the ultimate challenge! Yes, i will always advise if certain style is not the best way to go, i will also suggest a trial so that my client can see a before after look and reconsider. If they insist and that is what they want, i’ll deliver. I will always tell my client my honest opinion, in a nice way, of course.

I don’t really have a signature look but i did a lot of Korean style and trend, a more natural look and simple look. Dewy look, simple yet look done. I’d like to be as versatile as i can and not limit to a specific style.

Skin care is very important. A good makeup start from a good skin. Always remove your make up and cleanse your face.

Well, I’m no where in a position to give big advise, as i consider myself still hustling and there is so much more out there i’d like to learn you just never stop learning. I would say that, go and pursue the things you are passionate about. Build a business out of it and enjoy going to work knowing that you are doing what you love. Ultimately, i believe that the formula of success is a balance of dedication, hard work and discipline. So, if you are planning to build a career as a make up artist, you need to love it first.
